We stock both home grown and European timber to source our raw materials at the most competitive price and from sustainable sources. Semi and fully automated production ensure consistent pallet manufacture to the highest standards.

Heat Treated & Kiln Dried Pallets

We can also heat treat your new wooden pallets and packing cases so they are ISPM15 compliant for export. With our on site purpose built high capacity kilns we can offer compliant new wooden pallets plus certification for your peace of mind.

In addition to heat treated ISPM15 pallets and wooden cases, we can also offer kiln dried pallets.

Kiln dried pallets help to:

Reduce susceptibility to moulds and fungal decay
Meet manufacturing specifications such as with Europallets which require a maximum of 22% moisture content
Reduce shrinkage after delivery to users
Cut out contact water damage for food and drink shippers or customers who store paper or cartons on timber pallets
Maximise strength, since mechanical properties of timber start to increase as it dries below 28% moisture content
Make empty pallets easier to move by hand, since kiln dried timber is lighter than green undried timber
Reduce corrosion of nails and metal fixings
